Confidence

It's important to develop confidence since it affects our decision-making process, and dictates how we approach our life.

Confident people look at failures as stepping stones to success. They're not too worried about what others think once they decide on something. They tend to focus less on the negatives and more on the positives. People tend to look at confident individuals more attractively, as they have a strong personality and always know what they want.

Before we begin the session, it's important to get into a positive mindset. Let's get start by sitting upright...arching your back and closing your eyes...now slowly scan your body, starting from the top of your head, to your chest, your stomach, and legs...until you reach the bottom of your soles. Remove all that negativity and self doubt from your mind. You are now entering a mental state to accept positive energy into your body.
