Before we begin the session, it's important to get into a positive mindset. Let's get start by sitting upright...arching your back and closing your eyes...now slowly scan your body, starting from the top of your head, to your chest, your stomach, and legs...until you reach the bottom of your soles. Remove all that negativity and self doubt from your mind. You are now entering a mental state to accept positive energy into your body.
