Stress

We generally use the word "stress" when we are overwhelmed with things that are happening in our lives, and feel constant mental pressure.

Stress is primarily a physical response to when your body thinks its under attack, and it switches to ‘fight or flight’ mode. During this time, you release a complex mix of hormones and chemicals to prepare your body for physical action.
